Hi, I’m an artist with a deep love for both art and psychology. My passion lies in exploring how the mind perceives beauty and emotion through creativity. I’m currently studying neuroscience, which has inspired much of my work, blending the brain’s complexities with the fluidity of art. Painting is my way of expressing thoughts and feelings that words can’t capture. When I’m not in the studio, I’m either doing yoga, spending time with family, or getting lost in cooking up something delicious from my favorite recipes.
I have been creating art for as long as I can remember, but over the past 8 years, I’ve truly embraced it as more than just a passion, it’s become a serious pursuit. During this time, I’ve honed my skills, explored new mediums, and pushed the boundaries of my creativity. Art has become my way of expressing complex emotions and ideas, particularly those inspired by my studies in psychology. It’s been a journey of growth and discovery, allowing me to develop a unique voice and vision that reflects both my personal experiences and my fascination with the human mind.
My work is deeply personal, with some pieces built layer upon layer, intertwining my thoughts and emotions within the canvas. Many of these layers contain journaled reflections, only to be covered again with more paint, creating a sense of hidden depth. Some of the pieces I’ve been continuously working on for the past 8 years, evolving with each new layer. It would feel incredibly exposing if one were to take an X-ray of these works, as it would reveal the raw expressions of my mind and soul beneath the surface. Each piece becomes a visual diary, holding my most intimate thoughts, yet offering them to viewers in a way that invites their own interpretations.
